Our Trainers

Our trainers will discuss with you what you need from the Gym :
It may be to develop your strength and fitness to improve your sporting activities.
It may be for medical reasons to help you recover for ill health, and to keep healthy.
It may be to meet an personal wish to generally improve your fitness and well being.

Paul is REPS   (Register of Exercise Professionals  http://www.exerciseregister.org/ )qualified to level 3, and has nearly finished level 4.

Annette qualified at the YMCA in Gym Instructing and Personal Training.
